How often should I wash my lashes?

We recommend washing your lashes at least once a day and if you have oily skin or regularly use makeup products an additional wash or use of a fluff guard would be beneficial in your routine.

What do I do if I experience any premature fall out?

In a rare instance you experience fall out please contact me as soon as you notice the fallout. You have 72 hours to notify me of any concerns in order for us to set you up for a complimentary service to address the situation.
